How do I order a server from the list?
Open Servers, pick a machine, and hit Order. That sends you to Support with the machine ID. We confirm the box is still free and send panel plus IPMI details. Prices are in € per month.
Do I get root and IPMI?
Yes. Root on the OS is the default. IPMI or a remote console is on every listed machine so you can power-cycle without a ticket.
Can you build a custom box?
Yes. Listed servers are in Greifswald now. If you need something else, email support and we will see what we can order or assemble.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. There is a 14-day money-back path on the first invoice for a new machine. If the host is not a fit, contact support. See the Refund page.
How do I cancel a server?
Checkout is prepaid for the cycle you pick. There is no automatic monthly charge unless you turn auto-renew on. Open the machine in the panel, go to Settings, and choose Remove this server. Download a backup first.
